I’ve been a lawyer with the Graham Law Firm near Athens, Georgia, since 1995. I don’t just advise and represent clients; I help people understand the law. In addition to the general practice of law, I focus on civil litigation, real estate closings, zoning and land use law, business law, probate, wills, trusts & estates, landlord – tenant law, contract disputes, non-profit law, conservation easements, municipal and government law. I was a geologist, and turned to the law because I can help more people. I work with many community groups and nonprofits, particularly those promoting land and river protection and preservation of the natural environment.
